Love Bug on the loose!!

From injured, abandoned and pregnant to being a sweet, fun and loveable girl!
Trudy is a sweet girl who craves love, and will give back 10 times more!  Rescued from a very busy parking lot, a major lengthy surgery for a large hernia, then weeks later finding that she had gotten pregnant just days before her rescue, this beautiful girl has been through so much!  Not completely healed from her surgery, this sweet girl went through "growing pains" from pregnancy.  The pups got too large for her little body, so an emergency c-section was performed.  So began her journey of motherhood of 9 beautiful and healthy pups!  It has been a joy to see her behave like a pup herself as they have grown!

She wants to please, and is very food motivated!  Her walking on a leash/harness is getting good!  Car rides are a treat for her.  Friendly with other people once she spends a few minutes with them.  Gets along wonderfully with her foster dog brother and sister.  She craves attention.  The cats in the house don't matter to her.   Trudy loves being the center of your attention and snuggling.  Would do best in a home where someone is there most of the time.  Can she be the center of your loving home?

If you are looking for a fur-friend who is sweet, gentle, loving and loyal, then contact us to meet Trudy!

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues.
