Ms Dixie is getting a new chance! She has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations, has spent months at Tail to Tails Dog Training. Thanks to Christine Schnitzer and her training, Dixie is ready for her forever home.
Dixie has a history. She was pulled from the shelter pregnant, and was able to give birth and raise her babies in foster care. After she regained her svelte girlish figure, she was given a new identity and a new chance at a happy home.
Dixie is great with people and small dogs but is threatened by larger dogs. Her best friend is a Shih Tzu. Dixie is ready for her forever home. Please share her to give her a chance!
She really is the best! You know when she goes outside she has to be the last one in to be sure all her babies come in. She will find them and push them along with her nose.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about this dog. You can apply online by clicking on Application. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events. Thank you for considering a rescue!

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
