Hi, I'm mario! I'm 3 months old, about 13 lbs and very active. I've been told my parents were found on the streets of Houston. Mom was pregnant with my brother and I. We were both born at my foster parents home, where we currently live. Both of my parents were adopted , now my brother Luigi and I are  looking for our permanent home. We can be adopted out separately.

I do very well on a leash. I'm still a little scared of loud noises and cars.. I ride well in my parents car.  I love to cuddle and give kisses. My parents are working on potty training me. I do well with potty pads and I love my crate. I sleep all night long and get along with my very large brother and sisters.

I bark when someone I don't know comes to the door but if you're ok with them, I am too.
Im very active and rough play with my humans and doggie siblings. I love treats!

If if you adopt me, you'll be loved for ever and ever and you will never feel lonely with me by your side & that's a promise!

cant wait to meet you!

Mario

More about Mario

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
