Zelda is an affectionate adult cat. She is litterbox trained. She gets along with calm dogs of all sizes. She gets along with some cats.

=========================================================

Uses liter box well.

She loves to play with her human family and likes dogs but doesn't like other cats that much.

Zelda does like to be held and will purr upon being picked up; she likes her head rubbed.

Whoever adopts Zelda will have their BFF.  All Zelda wants to do is follow you around the house, watch and be with you, 24/7.  She loves attention and affection, not like most cats that are aloof and distant.

Zelda will make a great companion but needs time and attention.

She loves looking outside the window.  She needs a family that understands that she is the queen and looks at all humans as her subjects. She expects to loved when she wants love and left alone when she isnt in the mood to be messed with.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
