My name is Whitney/Winnie. I am a husky mix, although we aren't sure what that mix is.
I am very shy, am not very sure around men, but love women cuz that is what I am used to. I will take time and patience and love. Once I gain confidence in you, I will be your best friend. I am currently with a trainer to help with my manners and confidence. I am doing great! Look at how I learned to "Place"! I am so excited to learn new things.
I am good with other dog and like to play. I would love to show you how gentle I am. Come see me and maybe I can go home with you and show you how loyal I can be.
I am not too crazy about change, but will quickly warm up with a little TLC and patience.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
